OrionVisionMulti-energy X-ray scanners from the MEAP line, dynamic weighing and AI camera integration — intelligence for enforcement and security at the federal, state and municipal levels.
ORION Vision is responsible, in Brazil and South America, for the distribution, integration, installation and support of LINEV Systems non-intrusive X-ray inspection solutions. We deliver not just the equipment, but a complete solution: engineering, radiological licensing, integration with existing systems, training and assisted operation — for enforcement and security agencies across all three levels of government.

Multi-energy X-ray scanner with dual view (top + side) and AI detection — reveals the interior of the vehicle and cargo without opening anything.
Weigh-in-motion scales measure per-axle and total weight without stopping, synchronized with the inspection image.
License-plate reading (LPR), facial recognition and alerts are linked to the scan and weight in a single event at the command center.
The same modular platform serves the specific missions of each level — from international borders to city entrances.
Borders, ports and customs.
State borders and tax control posts.
City entrances and economic hubs.
The MEAP line is based on Multi-Energy X-ray Array (MEA) technology: a distributed array of scanning modules, each at distinct energy levels and geometries, operating simultaneously to generate multi-angle data. Added to this are dual view (top + side) and real-time AI analysis, which classifies materials and flags threats before the operator reviews them.

From passenger car to semi-trailer — a single portal for all traffic

| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Technology | MEA + Dual-View + IA |
| Type | Drive-through portal (fixed, gantry or mobile) |
| Tunnel (W × H) | 3,5 m × 4,7 m |
| Speed | 5–15 km/h (no stopping) |
| Throughput | up to 150 vehicles/hour |
| Steel penetration | up to 320 mm |
| Spatial resolution | 3.0 mm (V) / 4.0 mm (H) |
| Dose to driver | < 0.1 µSv per scan |
A modular design: start with the essentials and grow with demand and budget — with no structural replacement.
Modular configurations — the same platform scales from essentials to multi-energy fusion · LINEV SystemsTop-down scanning for high-throughput environments and basic screening. Lower-cost entry point, with upgrade potential.
Adds depth and object separation — ideal for contraband next to structural elements or layered cargo.
Advanced substance recognition and organic/inorganic differentiation — critical for narcotics, explosives and illicit electronics.
Generators, detector panels and cabling are field-replaceable, with minimal downtime — and upgrades without structural changes. Support for compact LINAC and Linolac sources.
Dynamic scales (weigh-in-motion) measure weight without the vehicle stopping — per axle, per axle group and gross total — synchronized with the inspection image.

Vehicle and cargo X-ray inspection at ports and borders — the same LINEV technology ORION Vision brings to South America.

Ecuador — vehicle and cargo inspection (DTP 7500LV)
Abu Dhabi — X-ray inspection system

The platform links license-plate cameras (LPR), facial recognition and under-vehicle inspection to the scan and weight — querying government databases in real time and generating cases from a unified command.
Under-vehicle inspection (UVIS)

The LPR camera reads the plate and the system checks databases and restrictions.
The MEAP scanner captures a dual multi-energy image; the AI analyzes in real time.
Per-axle and total weight, measured in motion and synchronized with the image.
Plate + face + image + weight + tax document in a single record.
Threat, overload or tax-discrepancy alerts; if normal, the vehicle continues without stopping.
Everything stored for auditing, intelligence and government integration.
Tax evasion in Brazil is structurally high and spans international borders, state lines and municipal territory. Cross-checking image, weight and tax documents attacks evasion where it happens: in the flow of vehicles and cargo.
Estimated evasion rate by tax · Source: SINPROFAZ. Estimated total shortfall ~R$ 453 bn/year (7.7% of GDP).
Smuggling, tax-dodging imports and under-invoicing — import duty, excise tax and the fight against illicit goods at borders and ports.
Movement of goods between states — ICMS is the largest tax by volume and one of the most evaded on border highways.
Services rendered in the municipality — non-issuance of service invoices (NFS-e), unregistered providers and diversion of ISS to other municipalities.
